When it comes to planning your holiday we welcome the opportunity of starting with a blank canvas and, with your help, customising the African experience of a lifetime.  In order to do this we need you to provide us with as much information as possible.

• We need to know which country or countries you want to visit - bear in mind Africa is a huge continent and flights don’t always have same day connections thus necessitating overnight stop overs between destinations
• Date and duration of travel
• How many people will be travelling in your party
• Ages of any children travelling
• Budget – this is important as it will determine whether we offer scheduled or private transfers and sightseeing as well as determining the style of accommodation we recommend and quote on
• Tell us if you have special requests or special interests that we need to take into consideration
• The "bucket-list". Let us know yours so we can do our best to ensure you tick the boxes!

THE BOOKING PROCESS...EXPLAINED!

How we respond to your quote or booking request will depend on the amount of information you give us in your initial correspondence.

If you are not sure which country you want to visit or what you want to do don’t worry as we can discuss this by email or on the telephone. Once this decision has been made we will send you a suggested itinerary and quotation.  Should our itinerary and quotation be acceptable we will make a provisional booking on your behalf.  You can amend or cancel your provisional booking without penalty. During the booking process you are bound to have a number of questions which we will happily answer as the more questions you ask the better informed you will be – we are of the opinion there is no such thing as a stupid question!!!

Your booking will only made definite once we have received a 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed copy of our Consider Africa Booking Terms and Conditions.
