As I sit at my desk looking out at a dull and threatening sky that seems to have blanketed the whole of South Africa for the past several days and left most of the country reeling from icy conditions, snow and vicious winds and rain I thought it may be nice to temporarily escape to the warm subtropical paradise of the Mozambique coast...
