Singita Boulders rests on the banks of the Sand River within the game-rich Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. This ultra-luxurious lodge is literally built around an enormous boulder offering guests wrap-around views from most parts of this natural stone lodge. The contemporary style is a sophisticated blend of earthy colours, textured fabrics and wooden furniture. The main lounge and dining areas spill out onto an open wooden deck with a nearby rim flow pool, all overlooking the Sand River below. There is a boma and bar area, a fitness centre, a health spa, a library and an impressive wine cellar.
The 12 luxury suites feature magnificent stone bedrooms with floor to ceiling glass walls and a contemporary African decor style. These very spacious suites boast mini-bars, air-conditioning, safes, telephones and coffee and tea stations. The en-suite bathrooms have indoor and outdoor showers with free standing ball and claw baths, while the expansive living areas have double-sided fireplaces built of small boulders. All the suites open out to viewing decks with private heated plunge pools. Two of the suites are double family suites.
